Insurance & Fees

For your convenience, we provide direct insurance billing with most major insurance providers. We are an in-network provider with many companies. If we are not contracted with your health insurance, we can bill them as an out-of-network provider, if you have that benefit.

Alternatively, you can pay out-of-pocket and we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Treatments are also eligible for HSA and Flex Spending accounts. In most cases, you do not need a doctor’s referral.

We offer many services and the overall cost of treatment will vary on a case-by-case basis. All things being equal, we believe that the least invasive and least expensive option is the best one. We will choose the most clinically effective treatment that matches the needs of the individual.

Our fees are determined by national and local averages as well as the figures set forth by the CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services), which determine fee schedules for all medical procedures.  For those patients that do not have insurance coverage for acupuncture, you can take advantage of our Time-of-Service Discount. We understand that healthcare can be expensive and this will help make it more affordable. When making a payment on the same day as—or before—your treatment, you can expect the cost to be approximately $150 for a first visit, which will last 75–90 minutes for initial intake and treatment, and $100 for a follow-up treatment, which lasts 45–60 minutes. Extended follow-up treatments are also available if you would like to add 30 minutes of massage/bodywork/stretching to an acupuncture treatment or if you have a complicated case that requires extra time. The total extended treatment would be 75-90 minutes and the cost is $150.

If you are experiencing financial hardship and are in need of treatment, we offer a sliding scale payment option for those in need. There are a limited amount of reduced cost treatments available but we will do our best to accommodate you. We want to make sure that everyone who needs help is getting the support they need.
